The app auto-detects your column format. Any of these work:

Format A — Single address column
address e.g. "3572 N Morgan Valley Dr, Morgan, UT 84050"
Format B — Street + Zone columns
street, city or street, zip e.g. "3572 N Morgan Valley Dr", "84050"
Format C — Split street columns
street_number, street_name, city, zip e.g. "3572", "N Morgan Valley Dr", "Morgan", "84050"

⏱ About processing speed: Each address requires up to 7 API calls to the Utah UGRC service. To be courteous to this free public API, requests are throttled to ~4 addresses per second. A list of 50 addresses takes about 15 seconds. For very large lists (500+) consider emailing ugrc-developers@utah.gov to give them a heads up.
